We develop players who out work and out think the opposition. Our aim is to produce intelligent footballers who understand and read the game at high speed. We look to develop athleticism and technique to execute football actions at a high quality in and out of possession. Our training poses game realistic situations which players are encouraged to solve through experimenting. The coaches support this process and teach the real detail of the game. The game speeds up as you progress to higher levels of the game, academy into first team football. Therefore, speeding up players decision making, and giving them information to make better decisions is vital for development.
